The Full Story
enablemint by Dori is a passion project built on over 30 years of experience leading, training, and equipping high-performing sales teams. Throughout my career, I’ve become a results-driven sales enablement specialist—empowering teams with the tools, training, and content they need to succeed.

My journey began in Calgary’s oil and gas sector, where I managed natural gas liquid tank cars. I found real joy in designing smart systems to track them across the country—and I knew I’d found my path. Fourteen years at P&G deepened my love for building processes, tools, and presentations that drive performance. Once I stepped into sales leadership, I thrived on helping teams exceed their goals through better systems, smarter tools, and impactful training. This carried over into my next corporate roles at Revlon and Coty, as well as smaller entrepreneurial ventures at Herbal Magic and Cosmetica Laboratories.

As a consultant, I’ve expanded that impact across industries—from telecom and CPG to government, insurance, food service, and more. I specialize in delivering sales content, coaching, and technology at the right moment, helping sellers win in even the most competitive markets.
